The company was founded in 1996 thanks the idea of the founder, Colombo Marino, to capitalize on the experience gained in 30 years of career as a collaborator of prestigious companies operating in the development of plastics in the manufacturing Varese district.

Realizing, in fact, the lack of a flexible and dynamic business proposition that can meet the needs of the most specialized  plastic's manufacturers (especially related to the food sector), Marino decides to invest its know-how believing in himself and the ability to meet the growing demand for well-known brands already on the market of food machinery.

In effect, companies in the industry needed then as now of 'flexible supplier' capable of supporting the development and production of high quality components to be included in their flagship products .
